Amsterdam Movement Practice (AMS) collects personal data of the students that are taking Movement Sessions (the “Students”), in order to keep a file of its members, for the exercising of payment orders, and for the administration of issued pre-paid sessions. AMS shall be careful while collecting these data and will always comply with the applicable Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).
AMS will also use the personal data as mentioned above to keep the Students informed about AMS' activities, and possible changes in, e.g., the session schedule. If the student does not want to receive any communication from AMS, he can opt-out by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Student is informed that in such a case he may not be able to make use of all AMS' services and products.
Without prior written consent, AMS will never transfer any personal data of the Students to a third party.

How does AMS deal with social media?
Occasionally AMS posts photos of teachings on Instagram. These photos are only shared and will not be used for other purposes (unless specific permission has been requested). If you do not want to see your name or photo posted on social media, you can indicate this at the end of a class.
When does AMS process data?
- if you have given the permission, or;
- if there is a contract that requires the processing of the data.
